You will not get confused by having so many Realtors calling you that you cannot remember who you talked to and about what.

When a Realtor knows that you are a loyal customer, working solely with that Realtor, whether you are working with a transaction broker or as a buyer’s agent,.....we work much harder for you to meet your goals in finding the perfect home. A hand shake is a hand shake. As a long term, full time Realtor, I do not like to require you to sign a commission agreement or buyer broker agreement before I give you information, suggestions or show you homes.

Once you have told me what your desires are, I will prepare a package of homes that best meet your needs. An appointment will be set to show you the properties that you would like to see, when you are available.

I will help you see the benefits and negatives of each....my goal is to show you the best homes for the right price up front... and not waste your time or mine.

The number of homes you may see will vary...Some people will find their homes in the very first “3” they see....the very first time they preview homes. There is nothing wrong with that, if that home is the right one for you! However, some people may need to see 10 or more, before they find the home for them. I have had several buyers that only looked at one home. And have had two different buyers that bought their home sight unseen. I drove them to their home after we went to the closing. One was over a half a million. And they still love their homes. Whew!!

It will not matter how long it takes to work with you...my goal is to help you and never pressure you on anything. (I may start complaining after I have shown you 200 homes though - That buyer never did buy.)

My goal is to be your Realtor and make buying your home (whether it is your first or last) a fun and rewarding experience...to assist you through the entire process from showing you property, helping you with the investigation period, financing and thru the closing.

What if I drive by a home and I want to know the price and additional information?
Call me!!! I will pull up the address on my computer system and get you the information... Call anytime!

What if I see an ad in the paper or Homes Magazine or the Real Estate Book?
Call me!!! I will get the information right away!

What if I go into an “Open House” held by another Realtor?
Please tell them you have a Realtor and give them my name or card. The real professionals in the business protect each other’s customers.. REMEMBER, that Realtor is representing the seller of that home...not you! If you like it, call me and I can go back with you and take another look.


The most common time things go upside down, is when you don’t call me because you didn’t want to bother me. It’s just easier to call me.
